Cypress Bend Condominium I Association, Inc. is a residential condominium community located in beautiful Pompano Beach, Florida. The Association is dedicated to the preservation, maintenance, and responsible governance of the community while supporting a high quality of life for its residents and protecting property values.

**This is a public website. Association meeting notices, agendas, and official records are available to owners through the secure Owner Portal.

Amenities we Offer

Cypress Bend Condo Ⅰ is part of a Master Association, the Cypress Bend Protective Corp consisting of seven condominium associations which offers to all owners the following.

Exclusive to Cypress Bend Condo I – Four Outdoor Pools & Recreation Centers

In addition to the Master Association amenities, Cypress Bend Condo I residents enjoy exclusive access to four outdoor swimming pools, each accompanied by its own recreation room. Whether you're looking to swim, relax, socialize, or soak up the Florida sunshine, these beautifully maintained facilities provide the perfect place to unwind, recharge, and enjoy the Florida lifestyle close to home. The recreation centers are also available to residents for private rental, making them an ideal venue for special occasions, celebrations, and community gatherings.

Clubhouse & Fitness Center – Part of the Master Association

The Clubhouse is the heart of our community, offering a welcoming space for residents to gather, relax, and enjoy a variety of social activities. The facility features a large community swimming pool, two BBQ grills, and two restroom facilities, each equipped with a dry sauna. Inside the Clubhouse, residents can enjoy a library, comfortable lounge area, and a fully equipped kitchen. The Fitness Center provides a convenient and comfortable environment to exercise, stay active, and enjoy the many benefits of our community lifestyle.

Tennis & Pickleball Couts – Part of the Master Association

As part of the Master Association amenities, residents have access to two gated court complexes featuring five tennis courts with overlaid pickleball courts. These well-maintained facilities offer a wonderful opportunity to stay active, enjoy friendly competition, and connect with fellow residents in a beautiful outdoor setting.

Picnic Area – Part of the Master Association

Enjoy the outdoors in our community picnic area, complete with two BBQ grills and a comfortable setting for casual gatherings, cookouts, and relaxing afternoons with family and friends.

Toddler Playground – Part of the Master Association

Located adjacent to the Picnic Area, the toddler playground provides a safe and enjoyable outdoor space designed for younger children. With age-appropriate play equipment and a family-friendly setting, it is the perfect place for children to play, explore, and make lasting memories.
